Our People
How our team works
- Induction. Every team member completes a company induction, then an on-site induction covering emergency procedures and site policies.
- Training. Staff complete the training programs provided and work towards Level 2 and 3 certificates.
- Supervision. A senior manager is responsible for each contract, supported by a site leading hand.
- Relief staff. Only experienced team members cover for absent staff.
- Security. Where required, employees hold a State or Federal Police clearance.
- Flexibility. Work can be scheduled morning, afternoon or both to keep your site at its best.
